The following information is required on the face of this agreement and the vehicle schedules (if any) attached, containing, amongst others, the details of the Client and the vehicle/s; “Trac-King/ the Company” – Trac-King (Private) Limited

Cancellation Request Terms & Conditions

  1. Termination. This device is to be cancelled from your fleet page and your billing.
  2. Contract. You understand that cancellation of this device means that all contracts with service providers will be cancelled, and the device will be switched off entirely.
  3. Notice period. As per the terms and conditions of the contract, the notice period for all terminations & cancellations is 30 (thirty) days, which means that your unit will be successfully terminated thereafter.
  4. Unit ownership. If this device is to be installed in another of your vehicles at a later date, we will need to remove the device beforehand. Failure to do so may result in you needing to purchase a new device.
  5. Reactivation. At any time you can reactivate this device, which will incur a charge for reactivation.
  6. Billing. Full payment of all arrears on the account will also need to be cleared for the device to be successfully cancelled. Failure to do so may result in additional charges being incurred on your account.

Suspension Request Terms & Conditions

  1. Suspension. This device is to be suspended from your fleet page and your billing.
  2. Contract. You understand that suspension of this device means that all contracts with service providers will be suspended, and the device will not be visible on your fleet page. It will however, remain live in our system.
  3. Billing. Instead of being billed in full for the monthly subscriptions, you will now be billed only ½ (half). This will be to keep the device live, and contracts open with service providers until such a time that you would like it reactivated.
  4. Reactivation. At any time you can reactivate this device, there will be no charge for this, and can be done remotely.
  5. Arrears. Full payment of all arrears on the account will also need to be cleared for the device to be successfully suspended. Failure to do so may result in additional charges being incurred on your account.
